Cupcakes
I really do Love cupcakes!

I have been experimenting with batter mixes and icing recipes but still have not found the perfect one. (suggestions welcome) I have found that I hate icing made with unsalted butter - no idea why, everyone else seems to love the stuff.

I went a bit mad making a polka dot loving friends birthday present!

A handmade card, cake box and handmade spotty tag, and of course spotty icing and cupcake cases. Some edible red glitter to finish!

hey you have to make sum cupcakes when you are next home - they are my favouritist! Have you seen my cupcake jumper I wonder? I think I might have worn it to dinner at papa browns that night?!
